We offer free domestic and international shipping that is available at checkout. Orders are processed in 1-2 days. 


Domestic Shipping Times

97% of domestic orders arrive within the first 3-5 days of shipping. 

International Orders

Orders have been successfully delivered to countries all over the world. Orders have most commonly been arriving at their destination in 1-3 weeks but can take longer on occasion as each country handles customs differently.

Please note that international orders may be subject to duties and taxes paid by the recipient upon delivery. Each country is unique in the their tariff’s with the USA. If you live in Canada we get a discount on duties and fees and we give you an option to choose this shipping option to prepay your fees as a discounted rate. For all countries, you can estimate what import costs may be associated with your order by using the calculator link below and our harmonized tariff code to determine how your country handles imported goods.

If an order is refused and returned to sender, the order will only be refunded the amount of the items returned less all return shipping, duty and tax charges. If your country does not appear as an option to ship to during checkout, please understand that at this time we are only able to ship to select countries and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Order Tracking

Please allow at least one business day after your order is shipped for the tracking information to appear online. Once we’ve processed your order and the shipping provider has scanned your shipping label you will automatically receive a tracking information email. If the tracking information does not update online, please contact: support@kidcaddiegolf.com so we can assist you further. If the tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us. We must be notified of the missing packages within 5 days in order to proceed with your claim. If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to by the courier, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment or a refund of merchandise. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

For international orders, you’ll receive shipping confirmation and door-to-door tracking for the following 55 countries. For any countries outside of this list your tracking will be available until your package reaches your countries border. For those countries whose tracking isn’t door to door you can get additional tracking by use your parcel number and the Parcels App to receive any updates that your country publishes about the tracking of your package.

Refund & Warranty Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you can request a return by emailing: support@kidcaddiegolf.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. A return must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Once shipping details are provided the return must be sent back to us within 10 business days.

We offer a 2-year warranty that covers manufacturer defects. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by alteration of the components, modification, repair or improper use of the product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have received confirmation of your refund but haven’t received yet received the funds, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please start by contacting your credit card company and bank to ensure the funds are in a pending state. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@kidcaddiegolf.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@kidcaddiegolf.com and we’ll provide you with confirmation of the address and steps to process your exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you.

Return Shipping

In an effort to make the order process as low risk as possible we will offer free returns on all US based orders. Upon approved return we’ll send you a shipping label that can be attached to the original packaging. International orders will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and if there are shipping costs on your original order, this cost will be deducted from the refunded total.

Usage and liability

Through the purchase or use of this product the operator acknowledges that the environment in which the club carrier is used, the stroller and its weight distribution are out of the control of Kid Caddie Golf and thus waive liability for any outcome that may occur while on the golf course or wherever this product may be in use. The environment and manner in which the product is used is the responsibility of the operator and they acknowledge that this is their sole responsibility and not that of Kid Caddie Golf.
